Gifted & Talented Screening Deadline

The Gifted & Talented Screening Deadline for new and current students in grades 1-11 is November 30, 2024.

Requests for mid-year screening for the HORIZONS program may be submitted by parents by accessing the online acknowledgment in the Gifted and Talented link located in the Parent Portal of the Home Access Center.

Parents will need their login information to complete. For assistance, please call the Customer Care Center at 281-897-4357.

New students from out-of-state and Texas public or charter schools and recognized and accredited private schools who were previously identified as gifted and talented are eligible to receive services in CFISD without re-screening upon verification of previous screening results and parent permission.
